Currently, we recruit workers in countries such as Poland, Ukraine, Belorussia, Moldavia, Uzbekistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Philippines, but we are constantly seeking new contacts and development opportunities. We do a background check on every newly-recruited person and verify his or her professional qualifications.

We can offer qualified and unqualified staff in such trades as welders, drivers, fitters, medical personnel, builders, IT specialists, seamstresses and many other specialities.

For our clients:
we provide professional support in the recruitment and outsourcing of the processes associated with the legalization of foreigners’ work and residence. We also offer comprehensive administrative support to foreigners and additional tailor-made services to meet our clients’ needs.

We provide workers with:
accommodation, transport to their place of work, resident’s care and assistance if, for example, they need to see a doctor or visit a government agency, so that they can concentrate on their task at work.

In order to meet our Clients’ expectations we have set up the WDK Group, a company intended to provide recruitment agencies with mobile workers’ hostels which can be set up in the vicinity of their workplace and thereby provide a company with a workforce in their location and the workers with comfortable accommodation near their place of work.
